Kim Kardashian's getting trolled for her "crime scene" Instagram pose — so of course they turned the reality star into a meme.
Kim Kardashian faced some grief recently from online trolls who were more than happy to point out the cellulite on her behind during a recent vacation in Mexico, and now she's getting flak for her latest Instagram "bed pose."

Although I've never met Kim and have no reason to defend the woman, I have to say that we should probably give her a break. She recently had multiple surgeries on her uterus and hasn't been able to work out for a while. Heck, I strained my back doing deadlifts and laid down on the floor at Whole Foods for an hour straight, so who am I to judge?
However, I've been scratching my head and trying to come up with a reason for why she would ever pose like this.

She was modeling some of her hubby Kanye West's sneakers, and it's not that there's anything necessarily wrong with the photo. It shows the sneakers. It shows a perfectly made-up Kim Kardashian laying on a bed.

Now sure, she's got this kind of vacant, weird, nothing-there look that a lot of different models rock, but the big issue here is the weird way her leg is bent.

My toddler sits like that and it drives me insane, because the long-term effects of "w-sitting" can hurt someone's legs and it greatly hinders muscle tone and strength.
When a leg bends like that, it also straight-up makes someone look like they're a victim at a crime scene. Something that more than a few people were willing to point out.
