Jennifer Lopez Shares Her Inspirational Motivational Mantra For Change

Publish date: 2024-04-22

Jennifer Lopez is known for her beauty and impeccable style and on Instagram, the mother of two shared her motivational mantra with her 122.5 million followers.  Jennifer has been in the business for over 30 years and if there’s anything she has learned, it is how to always look her best. She even went through a twin pregnancy and still managed to get her dancer’s body back and put women half her age to shame. At 50, JLo took on the challenging role of Ramona in Hustlers and learned how to pole dance! When training for the movie, Jennifer shared photos and videos of herself undergoing a grueling regimen where she learned enough of the art to portray herself as a pole dancing master in the movie. Posting a workout selfie where JLo looked like a boss, she captioned the photo with the following motivational mantra.

“If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.”

Jennifer has been making plenty of news recently even though she is under Coronavirus lockdown. Her 12-year-old daughter Emme is a published author with a new book that hits the stands in September. The book is a bilingual book of prayers, written by Emme, and some think Jennifer Lopez is slowly shifting into becoming a Momager.

Jennifer and Alex Rodriguez are still going strong though they had to put their wedding on hold due to the pandemic. While some couples are breaking up due to being holed up together and realizing they don’t like each other enough to actually spend time together 24/7, Jennifer and Alex seem to be just as much in love now as they were before Coronavirus hit.

Jennifer’s modeling photos continue to show up online and celebrity stylist Rob Zangardi continues to delight his followers with lovely throwback photos from Jennifer’s past events.
